Shopping Saturday!

Today I got up, got showered and dressed, and headed out to Ashburn to spend the day with my best friend Erin.  I got to see her new cute and cozy apartment.  After she showed me around, we headed over to Dulles Town Center mall for lunch and shopping.  We got lunch at Chickfila and chatted for awhile.  Even though we haven't seen each other since December, we didn't skip a beat.  We then started our trek around the mall checking out all the stores.  We hit all our favorites... Ann Taylor LOFT, Express, American Eagle and Victoria's Secret.  After we pooped out after looking around, we stopped at Sweetz for a cupcake.  After our treat, we left the mall and went over to Target to pick up a few things.  We had dinner at Red Robin and spent a couple hours just hanging out at the apartment talking.  We both changed into t-shirts and pajama pants to get more comfy and sat on the couch with the kitties.  It was a great day.  I love spending time with my best friend when I come home.  She has always been my constant rock through everything and I just love her.  Everyone should have a best friend, even if they live thousands of miles away.  I was away from Eric and Avery for quite awhile, so it was nice to see them when I got home.  Avery was already in bed, but woke up 20 minutes after I got back... just to see her mommy!
