more bath fun and shrimp

This morning after everyone had breakfast, we got dressed and headed over to Costco.  We had a pretty big list of things that we needed.  We stocked up on tons of good stuff and had fun walking around and looking at stuff.  I love going to Costco!  We came home after shopping, had some lunch, got Avery down for a nap, then Eric and Charlene went out to run a few errands.  They got the oil changed in my truck, then stopped at the post office and grocery store.  By the time they got home, Avery was awake and just finishing dinner.  Eric gave Avery her bath tonight.  She just loves playing in the tub!  I think every single one of her bath toys was floating around in the water.  I always hear tons of laughing, screeching, and splashing coming from the bathroom.  I love my sweet little strawberry!

Once Avery was in bed, we got to enjoy our dinner.  We made jalapeno lime shrimp with grilled pineapple and brown rice with cilantro.  It was SO good!  The shrimp and pineapple turned out great on the grill.  We'll be saving this recipe to use in the future.  It is a great summer dish.

We're just relaxing tonight, watching some baseball, talking, and possibly making a frozen custard run.  Hope everyone has a great night!
