Girl's Night In

Last night my friend Emily hosted a girl's night in at her apartment.  It is the first of many themed girls nights to come!  I had to bust out the Louie just for the occasion. 

This girls night had the theme of All American.  We made sure to have all American food and a craft/project to do.  Emily picked up a bunch of colorful pens and notebooks so could all make Glam Books.  Remember Slam Books from middle and high school?  Well, these Glam Books are set up similar to that except we aren't bashing people (we just talked out loud about that stuff!) we are asking all different kinds of questions to get to know our group better.  It was tons of fun and a great idea.  We'll be bringing our Glam Books to all future GNI's!

We had lots of great food for dinner last night.  We had hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, watermelon, salad, chips and watermelon salsa. 

We ran out of utensils, so we had to use the ice cream scooper for the baked beans.  Classy!

Miss Sophia had no desire to get to sleep last night.  She wanted to join the fun!  Sara and Sophia hanging out together on the couch.

Sophia the party animal!  I'm not sure what time she actually passed out, but it was pretty late!  Hopefully she slept in some for Emily this morning.

Of course I'm not in any pictures since I was behind the camera.  And I didn't get any pictures of Lauren either!  Next time, there will be a fun group picture cause we all know I need it for the blog!
